• NFEF RELEASE FILM : High Lubricating light release force, High UV transmittance, Soft durable , strong adaptability Higher printing success rate: NFEP is a specially treated FEP film which has a smoother and more delicate surface. Models printed with NFEP film will have lower viscosity levels, so the pulling force won't be as strong during printing. This means that the success rate will be higher.
• Less replacement frequency: Compared with traditional FEP film, NFEP (PFA) is made of higher quality materials, which makes it has higher tensile strength and elongation at break. Which leads to each layer being more easily removed when lifted because the PFA fights back more, and a longer life for PFA films because of slightly higher crack resistance.
• Better printing quality: NFEP film, with its excellent peeling performance and smaller deformation during peeling, allows the printed model to have better print quality and rich details. More suitable for large-format SLA and LCD 3D printers.
• High light transmittance: NFEP has a light transmittance of more than 95% and can withstand a high temperature , which means that it can work better when printing large models for a long time.
